Directions

  1. Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the garlic finely and the zucchini into strips. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic and zucchini for 3 minutes.
  3. Cut the leek into rings, add and cook for 1 min.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and together with the tuna and heat for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the macaroni in the tuna mixture in the pan and mix well. Spread over 4 deep plates and sprinkle the finely chopped basil leaves over it.
