Spicy chocolate cake
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: extra bitter chocolate (bar of 200 g), butter, powdered sugar, eggs (M), cognac (cider), cinnamon powder, nutmeg, cornstarch and butter (to grease).

Top break chocolate.

Arrange in boiling water and add chocolate, butter and 100 g powdered sugar (keep 1 tablesole) melting while stirring.

Allow to cool to room temperature.

Preheat oven to 175 ºC or gas oven 3.

Split 2 cups of egg.

Proteinize egg whites and the rest of icing sugar.

Add egg yolks, cognac, cinnamon and nutmeg through chocolate.

Graze maizena above proteins and spread through them.

Slices of chocolate through proteins (not smoothing).

Grease molds and create batter.

Cook the tarts for about 20 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with semi-whipped whipped cream..
