Directions

  1. Finely chop the cranberries.
  2. Put the butter in a bowl and stir in the tomato ketchup with the paprika, cinnamon and to taste a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Finally, mix in the cranberries.
  4. Spread this mixture like a bar on a piece of plastic wrap and wrap the foil around it.
  5. Tightly close the ends of the foil to create a sausage.
  6. Let the cranberry butter in the refrigerator in 1 hour firmly.
  7. Remove the foil and slice the butter into slices.
  8. Tasty on roasted entrecote or steak.
