Finely chop the cranberries.

Put the butter in a bowl and stir in the tomato ketchup with the paprika, cinnamon and to taste a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Finally, mix in the cranberries.

Spread this mixture like a bar on a piece of plastic wrap and wrap the foil around it.

Tightly close the ends of the foil to create a sausage.

Let the cranberry butter in the refrigerator in 1 hour firmly.

Remove the foil and slice the butter into slices.
