Directions

  8. Fry all fries in this way.
  9. Let the fries cool down.
  10. Preheat the frying oil at 175 ° C just before serving and fry a third of the French fries in 4 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Drain them again in a colander with new kitchen paper.
  12. Mix the paprika with the cumin, Italian herbs and some salt and pepper in a bowl.
