Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the onion into wedges and halve the mushrooms.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes of about 2 cm. Mix with the onion and mushrooms and scoop in the baking dish.

Squeeze the garlic and mix with the oil. Put the sprigs of rosemary between the potatoes. Drizzle with the garlic oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Scoop and fry the potatoes for about 30 minutes until golden brown and done. Spoon again halfway.
