A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fresh mint ((15 g), only the leaves, finely chopped), red pepper (seeds and seeds removed and chopped), shallots (finely chopped), sugar and white wine vinegar.

Directions

  1. Mix everything together and grind finely with a hand blender.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Delicious with samosas with potato and garden peas and the shrimp curry.
  4. So you can just leave it on the table..
