Spicy nasi goreng with lime fish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice (pack a 400 g), pangasius fillet (300 g), wok essentials (lime and spice seafood (bottle a 240 ml)), oil, mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), garden peas (extra fine (450 g and freezer)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Dab the pangasius fillets dry and halve them along the length. Brush one side of the fillets with Lime and Spice sauce.

Place the fish fillets on parchment paper in the steamer or in a sieve and hang the sieve in a large saucepan with a layer of boiling water. Put the lid on, put the (steam) pan on low heat and steam the fish fillets in 10-12 minutes.

Heat in a stirring oil and stir-fry the mushroom stir-fry mix for 5 minutes. Add the drained rice and garden peas and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Add the rest of the Lime and Spice wok sauce and warm the rice well. Serve the fried rice with the steamed fish fillets.
