Plaice rolls with shrimp sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, ready-to-cook potatoes, plaice fillets (about 600 g), liquid margarine, fish stock, shrimp, all-tie, olive oil, zucchini (sliced), garlic (chopped) and dried dill.

Directions

  1. Roots in 8-10 min.
  2. Cook and drain.
  3. Spread the scholfilets with salt and pepper and roll up.
  4. Fasten rolls with cocktail sticks.
  5. Heat margarine in a small pan.
  6. Add bouillon tablet and 200 ml of water and bring to the boil.
  7. Place fish rolls in stock and cover over low heat in 8 minutes.
  8. Add 2 min shrimp.
  9. Stabilize the cooking liquor with a tie and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan and fry zucchini and garlic for 4 minutes.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Sprinkle the potatoes with dill.
  13. Serve fish with zucchini and potatoes..
