Plaice rolls with shrimp sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, ready-to-cook potatoes, plaice fillets (about 600 g), liquid margarine, fish stock, shrimp, all-tie, olive oil, zucchini (sliced), garlic (chopped) and dried dill.

Roots in 8-10 min.

Cook and drain.

Spread the scholfilets with salt and pepper and roll up.

Fasten rolls with cocktail sticks.

Heat margarine in a small pan.

Add bouillon tablet and 200 ml of water and bring to the boil.

Place fish rolls in stock and cover over low heat in 8 minutes.

Add 2 min shrimp.

Stabilize the cooking liquor with a tie and season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan and fry zucchini and garlic for 4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the potatoes with dill.

Serve fish with zucchini and potatoes..
