Delicious and quick dish: spicy noodles with minced meat
Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging and leave to drain well in a colander.
Cut the spring onions with leaves and the leek in rings.
Roast the peanuts in a dry hot frying pan.
Mix the sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, sambal and cornflour through the mince.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the chopped flour and golden brown.
Add the spring onions and the leeks and stir fry for another 4 minutes.
Pour in the stock and the rest of the chili sauce.
Spoon the noodles lightly so that everything is well warm and serve the dish sprinkled with the peanuts.
