Spicy paprika soup with pine nuts
Soup with roasted peppers, hot pepper sauce, tomatoes and basil with pine nuts.

Let the peppers drain. Puree half of the peppers in the food processor. Cut the rest of peppers into strips.

Stir in tomato sauce, pepper mash and water in a pan.

Add the pepper strips and gently heat the soup. Season spicy with pepper sauce and salt.

Cut the basil into strips.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Spoon the soup into bowls and garnish with the basil and pine nuts.
