Spicy salsa verde
Green salsa of avocado, kiwi and coriander.

Halve the avocado, remove the kernel and cut the flesh into cubes. Put in a bowl.

Peel the kiwi, cut into cubes and add to the avocado.

Halve the jalapeño pepper in the length and remove the seeds. Slice the flesh and add to the kiwi avocado mixture.

Squeeze out the lime and add the juice to the salsa.

Cut the coriander and mix through the salsa. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
