Stir-fried lemon spinach
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lemon, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), cooked spinach (a 300 g) and salted cashew nuts (coarsely chopped).

Clean half the lemon and grate off the yellow skin.

Squeeze out the lemon half.

Heat the oil in the wok and fry the garlic for 30 seconds.

Spoon the spinach (in parts) and stir-fry until the leaves shrink.

Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the cashew nuts over it.

Nice with steak or chicken..
