Spicy shrimps with avocado
Spicy shrimp with avocado, red pepper, lime juice, garlic, shallot, coriander, cucumber and tomatoes.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the red pepper finely.

Chop the shallot and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the prawns with the pepper, half of the shallot, garlic and coriander on high heat in approx. 4 min. Pink and done.

Take out of the pan. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.

Squeeze the lime and cut the avocado's flesh into cubes and drizzle with the lime juice. Cut the leaves of the fresh coriander fine.

Cut the cucumber into cubes and mix with the rest of the shallot and half of the fresh coriander.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and add. Season the salad with salt and pepper.

Spoon into bowls and spread the lukewarm prawns over it. Sprinkle with the rest of the coriander.
