Spicy stuffed peppers
Stuffed peppers with rice, onion, garlic, green peppers and Quorn.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven position 4.

Halve the peppers in the length and clean. Chop the onion. Slice the garlic and the peppers.
