Asian salmon and asparagus broccoli from the oven
Asian marinated salmon with a crispy crust on a bed of asparagus broccoli from the oven.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cook the asparagus broccoli 2 minutes in a large pan of water with salt. Drain in a colander.

Peel the ginger and grate it fine. Mix with the rice vinegar, mirin, fish sauce, oil and possibly salt in a bowl.

Grease the oven dish. Divide the asparagus broccoli with the florets in two rows over the bottom of the oven dish. Pour half of the marinade over it.

Dab the salmon fillet dry and place on the asparagus broccoli in the oven dish. Pour the rest of the marinade over the salmon.

Put the wasabinuts in the food processor and reduce for 10 seconds. Spread the walnut uniformly over the salmon and press lightly.

Sprinkle with the oil and fry the salmon in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
