Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Cook the asparagus broccoli 2 minutes in a large pan of water with salt. Drain in a colander.
-
Peel the ginger and grate it fine. Mix with the rice vinegar, mirin, fish sauce, oil and possibly salt in a bowl.
-
Grease the oven dish. Divide the asparagus broccoli with the florets in two rows over the bottom of the oven dish. Pour half of the marinade over it.
-
Dab the salmon fillet dry and place on the asparagus broccoli in the oven dish. Pour the rest of the marinade over the salmon.
-
Put the wasabinuts in the food processor and reduce for 10 seconds. Spread the walnut uniformly over the salmon and press lightly.
-
Sprinkle with the oil and fry the salmon in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
-
Carefully shovel the salmon on a plate and serve the asparagus broccoli.
