Spicy winter vegetable soup


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cauliflower, butter, onion (chopped), winter carrot (diced), leeks (in rings), chili powder, dried thyme, tomato cubes (400 g), meat stock tablets and ground beef.

Directions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets from the stalk.
  2. Heat the butter in a large soup pot and fry the onion in a low heat glass.
  3. Spoon the cubes of carrot, leek and cauliflower and fry for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
  4. Stir the chilli powder and the thyme through the vegetables and add the tomato cubes with liquid.
  5. Crumble the bouillón tablets above and pour 2 liters of water.
  6. Bring the whole to the boil while stirring.
  7. Let the soup cook on low heat for 30 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  8. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and turn balls with moist hands.
  9. Add the balls to the soup after cooking for 20 minutes.
  10. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
  11. Tasty with brown baguette and grated cheese..
