Oven stew with caraway seed and bratwurst

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Mix the potatoes, stew vegetables and caraway seeds with the oil, some pepper and possibly salt and spread over a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Place the sausages in between and grill for 25 minutes in the middle of the oven. Spoon halfway.

In the meantime, heat the milk over low heat.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven, keep the sausages apart and mash the vegetables and potatoes with the milk and butter to puree with the puree mash.

Serve the stew with the sausages and sprinkle with the cress.
