Spinach burritos
Burritos stuffed with minced meat, spinach, tomato and spicy cheese.

Thaw the spinach according to the instructions on the packaging.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in approx. 3 min.

Add the seasoning mix (out of the box) and the water. Let the spinach drain in a sieve. Press out the moisture with a spoon.

Spoon the spinach through the minced meat mixture. Scoop the cheese through. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Spread the minced meat mixture and the tomato over the tortillas and roll up. Grease the oven dish.

Place the tortillas in the baking dish, spread the cream over them and sprinkle with cheese.

Let the burritos brown in about 15 minutes in the oven. Serve with salsa (out of box).
