Penne with 4 types of cheese and zucchini salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne (pasta tubes), courgettes, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, mozzarella (cheese, a 150 g) and 4 formaggi sauce (a 260 g).

Cook Penne according to instructions.

Clean the courgettes and cut them into slices.

Zucchini slices cook and drain for 2 minutes.

Rinse in colander with cold water and allow to drain.

Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix dressing with zucchini.

Cut Mozzarella into cubes.
-
Stir in cheese sauce by penne and add cheese cubes through it.

Stir in cheese for 1 min.

Serve the penne with zucchini salad..
