Penne with 4 types of cheese and zucchini salad


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne (pasta tubes), courgettes, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, mozzarella (cheese, a 150 g) and 4 formaggi sauce (a 260 g).

Directions

  1. Cook Penne according to instructions.
  2. Clean the courgettes and cut them into slices.
  3. Zucchini slices cook and drain for 2 minutes.
  4. Rinse in colander with cold water and allow to drain.
  5. Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix dressing with zucchini.
  7. Cut Mozzarella into cubes.
  8. Stir in cheese sauce by penne and add cheese cubes through it.
  9. Stir in cheese for 1 min.
  10. Serve the penne with zucchini salad..
