Spinach ham quiche

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grease the quiche form. Line the mold with the dough, remove the baking paper and pierce the dough with a fork.

Bake the bottom for about 10 minutes in the oven.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let them scare under cold running water and peel them. Chop the onion and cut the ham into cubes.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the onion for 1 min. Add the spinach in portions and let it shrink all the time.

Drain the moisture from the spinach and add the ham.

Remove the bottom from the oven and spread the spinach mixture over it. Put the eggs in it.

Beat the rest of the eggs with the crème fraiche and mix with the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
