Cut the onion into rings and the garlic into fine. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and add to the onion together with the garlic. Bake 2 minutes. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink in time.

Season to taste with the chili pepper and possibly salt.
