Spinach pancakes with hüttenkäse
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: leaf spinach cubes (frozen, 450 g), multigrain pancake mix (a 400 g), egg, semi-skimmed milk, sunflower oil, cottage cheese (200 g), tomatoes and balsamic dressing (bottle a 270 ml).

Spinach defrost according to instructions.

Making batter from pancake mix, egg, half of spinach and milk.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in large frying pan and bake 4 large pancakes from batter.

Keep baked pancakes warm.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining spinach and mix with hüttenkäse.

Season with salt and pepper.

Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and mix with dressing.

Place pancakes on plates, create spinach mixture and double-fold.

Serve with tomato salad..
