Spinach salad with bacon and potato


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes (green), onion, liquid margarine, low-fat bacon, eggs, tomatoes, fresh spinach and balsamic dressing (bottle of 250 ml).

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat margarine in frying pan and fry potato cubes with onion for 15 min.
  4. Fry bacon strips in other frying pan.
  5. Bring plenty of water into the pan with eggs and bring to the boil.
  6. When boiling water, boil eggs for another 8 minutes.
  7. Let eggs scare under cold water, peel and cut into slices.
  8. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
  9. Mix the tomatoes, spinach and dressing and divide them into four plates.
  10. Garnish with egg.
  11. Bake bacon, potato cubes and onion together and serve with salad..
