Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Press the garlic.

Grate the ginger.

Remove the seeds from the pepper and finely chop the pepper.

Halve the pumpkins in length, remove the seeds and lay the pumpkins with the cutting edge upwards on the baking sheet.

Mix half of the garlic with half of the oil and some salt and pepper and brush the top of the pumpkins with this mixture.

Roast the pumpkins in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry the steak strips on high heat in 2-3 minutes brown.

Spoon the meat on a plate and stir-fry ginger, red pepper and remaining garlic until it smells nice.

Spoon the meat with the spring onions, sherry and soy sauce and heat for another 2 minutes.

Spoon the meat mixture into the pumpkins.

Sprinkle the coriander over it.

Serve with rice and cucumber salad.
