Spinach salad with bluefin cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: Castello blue 70 (blue veal cheese approx. 150 g), white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil (Italian bottle of 500 ml), ready-to-cook spinach (bag of 300 g), peeled walnuts (100 g) and pan tostado (Italian toasted sandwich bag a 170 g).

Stir in salad vinegar, oil, salt and pepper until dressing.

Spinach and walnuts by dressing.
