Spinach salad with pasta and avocado
Italian salad with ravioli, bread, spinach, basil, avocado, cherry tomatoes.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile tear the basilium leaves. Cut the white bread into cubes and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bread cubes in 5 min. Golden brown and crispy. Spoon the croutons regularly.

Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half, remove the kernel and the peel and slice the flesh into slices.

Cut the spinach coarsely and put in a salad bowl. Spoon with the basil and salad dressing.

Spoon the pasta, avocado and tomatoes through the spinach salad and divide the croutons. Season with (freshly ground) pepper and possibly salt. Bon appétit! .
