Directions

  1. Peel the bananas, break into pieces and put the water in the blender or food processor. Let it spin and add the spinach while turning.
  2. Cut the stalk of the peppers, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into pieces.
  3. Peel the ginger and cut the celery into pieces. Add the peppers with the celery and ginger to the rotating blender.
  4. Divide the smoothie over the glasses and serve. Yummy! .
