Directions

  1. Remove the chicken from the stock, remove the meat in strips and remove the bones. Scoop the meat back into the stock and season the stock with salt and pepper.
  2. Break the noodles over the pan in half and let them simmer for 1 minute in the stock. Stir in the spring onion and spinach and let the soup stand for 1 minute. Serve warm and sprinkle with the red pepper.
