A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fish stock tablets, peas (frozen), garden herb soup vegetables (150 g), cod fillet (about 175 g), salt and pepper and (parsley) croutons (a 75 g).

Bring 7 dl of water to the boil in (soup) pan and add bouillon tablets to it.

Add peas and bring the soup back to the boil.

Cover the soup for approx.

4 minutes.

Add soup vegetables and cod.

Let the soup simmer for another 4 minutes.

Distribute cod with scoop into small pieces.

Season the soup with salt and pepper.

Serve with parsley croutons and warm baguette..
