Spring vanilla


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fish stock tablets, peas (frozen), garden herb soup vegetables (150 g), cod fillet (about 175 g), salt and pepper and (parsley) croutons (a 75 g).

Directions

  1. Bring 7 dl of water to the boil in (soup) pan and add bouillon tablets to it.
  2. Add peas and bring the soup back to the boil.
  3. Cover the soup for approx.
  4. 4 minutes.
  5. Add soup vegetables and cod.
  6. Let the soup simmer for another 4 minutes.
  7. Distribute cod with scoop into small pieces.
  8. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve with parsley croutons and warm baguette..
