Sprout cake with almond and goat cheese

Directions

  1. Grease the tart mold and preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Press the dough firmly into the tart mold and cut the edges if necessary.
  3. Blanch the sprouts for 1 minute in boiling water with salt. Drain and drain well.
  4. Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the sprouts and goat cheese over the dough and pour the egg mixture over it. Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the almonds.
  6. Bake the cake in the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown. Let rest for about 10 minutes and then cut the cake into points.
  7. Tasty with a green salad with fried bacon and a mustard dressing.
