Preheat the oven to 180 ℃.

Place the curry on a baking tray covered with parchment paper or in a greased oven dish and bake in the center of the oven for about 13 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in 12 minutes until al dente. Drain and drain well.

Meanwhile, halve the zucchini in the length and cut into slices of ½ cm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini, pepper and salt for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the leeks and cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the oil, mayonnaise and vinegar into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Spoon the dressing with the chives through the potatoes.

Divide the quibbling, vegetables and potatoes over 4 plates and serve the mayonnaise.
