Steak skewers with pumpkin

Cut the steak per person into 5 pieces. Cut each onion into 8 parts. Squeeze the cloves of garlic over a bowl and stir in ras el hanout, tomato paste, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper and olive oil. Spoon half of the marinade into a bowl. Spoon the blocks of steak through the marinade in the large bowl and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut the pumpkin per person in 5 pieces of Van 4 cm. Stick a piece of pumpkin, a block of steak, a piece of red onion and a sage leaf in succession. Repeat this three times and finish with a piece of pumpkin and steak.
