Steak skewers with stewed peppers and oregano
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), red peppers (in strips), tasting tom tomatoes (in parts), fresh barbecue spice mix (20 g), coarse sea salt, paprika powder and steak tips (300 g ).

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 min. Add the peppers and tomato and reduce the heat to medium. Add the leaves of the oregano from the spice mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the leaves from the rest of the herbs. Prepare a rub (dry marinade) with the sea salt and the paprika powder in the mortar or with the hand blender. Mix in the rest of the oil. Rub the meat with the rub and baste the satéprikkers.

Heat the grill pan or light the barbecue. Grill the skewers for 5 minutes, so that they are beautiful rosé inside. Spoon the peppers on 4 plates and place a skewer on each plate. Tasty with tagliatelle.
