Steak tartar with mixed beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, extra virgin olive oil, steak tartar, bean mixture (250 g), bread (white or brown), red onion (peeled), red kidney beans (200 g), lemon juice and fresh basil (15 g) .

Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan and fry meat on medium heat.

Mix the bean mixture in approx.

5 min.

To toast bread and cut in half.

Halve onion and cut into rings.

Rinse kidney beans and cook with beans for the last minute.

Drain and scoop beans with onion rings, lemon juice and 3 tbsp oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the basil over the bean mixture and shake it carefully.

Serving sauces with toast and tartar..
