Classic combi of steak, homemade bearnaise sauce, fresh salad and fries with rosemary.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Let the steak come to room temperature. Mix the fries with the rosemary and oil and spread over a griddle covered with parchment paper.

  4. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut each into 8 parts. Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices.

  6. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the steaks in 5 minutes on a high heat medium.

  8. Add the creme fraiche, tarragon, mustard and 100 ml water to the remaining shortening and heat for 2 min on medium heat.

  10. Serve the steak with the bearnaise sauce, fries and the fresh salad.
