Steak with gorgonzola and arugula
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, premium steak ((a 2 pieces), at room temperature), butter, arugula (40 g, organic), extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle) and Gorgonzola (cheese).

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan over high heat and put 25 g of butter in the pan as soon as it is hot. Wait until the foam disappears from the butter and put the steaks in the pan. Add the rest of the butter after 1 min.

Keep the steaks moving. Fry the steaks as desired, medium or well done. Remove the steaks from the pan and leave on a (hot) plate for 5 minutes under a lid.

Put the arugula in a bowl and drizzle with the oil and vinegar. Divide the cheese into 4 portions and place a portion of cheese and some rocket on each steak.
