Steak with hoisin peanut sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steak (at room temperature), soy sauce, sunflower oil, peanut butter, hoisin wok sauce (175 ml bottle), sesame seed (100 g container), lemon (squeezed), sesame oil, honey, iceberg lettuce (in strips) , spring onion ((3 pieces), in rings) and Chinese egg noodles (250 g).

Brush the meat with the soy sauce and 2 tbsp sunflower oil. Heat the peanut butter, hoisin sauce and 100 ml of water in 3 minutes to a smooth sauce.

Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Allow to cool. Mix the lemon juice with 2 tbsp sunflower oil, sesame oil, honey and salt. Scoop through the lettuce and sprinkle with the spring onions and sesame seeds.

Fry the meat for 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Let rest for 5 minutes and cut into slices. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Divide the noodles, steak, sauce and salad over 4 bowls.
