Cut the larger mushrooms once. Spoon 3 tablespoons of olive oil through the pepper bars.

Roast the peppers in a hot grill pan or frying pan. Fry the mushrooms in the rest of the olive oil. Keep the peppers and mushrooms warm.

Heat the butter. Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper and bake them per side for 1.5 minutes for red, 2-3 minutes for rosé or 4 minutes before baking.

Serve the steak on a bed of peppers. Place a slice of pâté on the steak and place the mushrooms sprinkled with salt and pepper.
