A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: broccoli, spring onions (3 pieces), almond shavings (a 55 g), oil and shoarma herbs.

Directions

  1. Cut the florets of 600 g of broccoli.
  2. Peel the stalk and cut it into cubes.
  3. Divide the broccoli and 1 bag of spring onion into 3 cm pieces in a colander and place it in a pan with a low boiling water.
  4. Cover and steam until tender in 6 minutes.
  5. Bake 1/2 bowl of almond shavings in a dry frying pan with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp shawarma herbs golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle the almonds over the broccoli..
