Steamed crab chicken meatballs
A nice thai recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), garlic, chicken fillet (in strips), cornstarch, egg, fish sauce (bottle a 250 ml), coriander, surimi flakestyle ((170 g) , drained) and chili pepper.

Grind the ginger, garlic and chicken fillet in the food processor. Add the cornstarch, the egg and the fish sauce. Cut the coriander above it.

Cut the surimi into strips and mix with the chicken mixture. Season with chili pepper.

Turn 20 balls of the chicken-surimi mixture with moist hands. Bring a layer of water to a boil in a pan. Hang the steam basket above the boiling water. Carefully put the balls in and let steam for 8 minutes. Serve the balls hot or cold. Tasty with chili sauce.
