A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, carrots, fish stock tablets, redfish fillet (a ca. 225 g), potato wedges (700 g), butter, flour, dijon mustard (a 215 g) and crème fraîche (200 ml).

Directions

  1. Erase carrots, wash and halve.
  2. Bring 1 liter of water to the boil in a pan and roast 1 bouillon tablet.
  3. Distribute redfish into pieces.
  4. Place redfish, carrots and potato wedges in steam basket or colander.
