Stew forgotten vegetables with smoked sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, celeriac, string beans (frozen, 300 g), milk, margarine, white beans (330 g), nutmeg, lean smoked sausage (small ones and a 200 g).

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.

Peel celeriac and cut into pieces.

Cook potatoes and celery for 15 minutes.

Heal string beans according to instructions.

Drain white beans and co-heat with string beans.

Microwave milk for 1 min.

Heating (700 watts) and mashed potatoes, celeriac, margarine and milk.

Mix the beans and white beans through the puree and season the stew with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Saute sausages and heat in a microwave for 2 x 1 min.

Divide stew over four plates and place sausages in the middle of it..
