Stew of leeks with gravy and smoked sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (floury), leeks, red peppers, butter, low-fat smoked sausage (275 g), gravy for stew with onion and bacon (19 g) and semi-skimmed milk.

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and cook with salt in 20 minutes.

Clean the leek and cut into rings.

Clean pepper and cut into pieces.

Fry 1 tbsp butter in frying pan.

Pepper for 2 minutes.

Add the leek and bake for 5 minutes.

Melt the butter in pan.

Add gravy powder and 250 ml of water and stir well.

Allow 1 min.

To cook for 1 min.

Heat milk.

Smoke sausage in microwave according to instructions for heating.

Pash potatoes and stir with hot milk to a smooth puree.

Create leeks by puree and season with salt and pepper.

Stew the stew with gravy and smoked sausage..
