Stew tomato with meat skewer
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (peeled and chopped), minced beef, shallot (chopped), garlic (chopped), finely chopped basil (fresh or frozen), olive oil, tomatoes (in parts), sundried tomatoes in oil (in strips), Grana Padano ((or old cheese) and in coarse curls).

Ingredients
- 1 kg crumbly potatoes peeled and in pieces
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 shallot shredded
- 2 cloves garlic shredded
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped basil fresh or frozen
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 750 g tomatoes in parts
- 10 sundried tomatoes in oil in strips
- 50 g Grana Padano (or old cheese), in coarse curls

Directions

Potatoes boil for about 20 minutes.

Mix the minced beef with shallot, garlic, basil, salt and pepper, divide into 4 portions and form into sausages around skewers, press firmly.

Chop minced meat with 1 tbsp oil and skewers in hot grill pan or frying pan with non-stick coating in brown and roasted for 10-12 min.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and tomato slices on high heat in 6-8 min.

Create sun-dried tomatoes.

Drain potatoes and collect part of cooking liquid.

Potatoes with mashed oil and cooking water until mashed.

Create tomatoes.

Cut stew and skewers over four plates and sprinkle cheese above it..
