Ingredients
- 750 gram vine tomato in blocks, de fielded
- 50 gram butter
- 50 gram liquid baking product
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 onion shredded
- 2 clove garlic shredded
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder (ketoembar)
- Teaspoon chili powder
- 30 gram dark chocolate in pieces
- 1 chicken broth tablet
- 75 gram raisins
- 100 milliliters whipped cream
- 100 gram mixed nuts
- 4 twig parsley minced meat

Directions

Heat the butter in a frying pan or frying pan and fry the chicken with salt and pepper around brown. Remove the chicken from the pan.

Put the onions, the garlic and the spices in the pan and fry them lightly.

Then add the tomatoes, the chocolate, 100 milliliters of water and the bouillon tablet. Let this cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the raisins. Cut the fried chicken into cubes and stir it through.

Cook the chicken in 15 minutes and finish with the cream, nuts and parsley.
