A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans, olive oil, red onion (in rings), yellow pepper (in pieces), dried Italian herbs and tomato cubes (400 g).

Directions

  1. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cut the beans into pieces of approx. 2 cm.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the green beans, the Italian herbs and the tomato and let all the ingredients with the lid on the pan stew for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
