Directions

  1. Let a tube of saffron soak in the wine. Fry a finely chopped onion in the butter and finish with the wine.
  2. Leave half of the time and add the fish stock and the cooking cream.
  3. Let it simmer for a few minutes on a medium-high setting. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground pepper.
