Bean salad with green herb dressing

Ingredients
- 400 gram green bean
- 250 gram deep frozen garden beans
- 200 gram pod
- 400 gram borlotti beans
- 400 gram White beans
- 4 tomato
- 75 gram arugula
- 100 gram Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoon olive oil for the dressing
- 3 tablespoon chicken bouillon for the dressing
- 3 tablespoon Meat bouillon for the dressing
- 3 tablespoon vegetable stock for the dressing
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar for the dressing
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice for the dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil for the dressing
- 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley for the dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives for the dressing
- 1 tablespoon spring / forest onion for the dressing
Directions

Cook the green beans and broad beans in 8 minutes. Add the snow peas last 5 minutes of the cooking time.

Drain the beans, rinse cold water and drain well.

Mix all ingredients for the dressing.

Mix all beans, snow peas and tomatoes with the dressing.

Divide the arugula over plates. Spoon the bean salad and spread the cheese over it. Tasty with focaccia bread.
