Directions

  1. Cook the green beans and broad beans in 8 minutes. Add the snow peas last 5 minutes of the cooking time.
  2. Drain the beans, rinse cold water and drain well.
  3. Mix all ingredients for the dressing.
  4. Mix all beans, snow peas and tomatoes with the dressing.
  5. Divide the arugula over plates. Spoon the bean salad and spread the cheese over it. Tasty with focaccia bread.
