A nice Mediterranean recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, mayonnaise, tapenade of dried tomatoes, lemon (pressed), lamb's lettuce (a 75 g), sardines, freshly ground black pepper, roasted peppers ((from the pot), in strips) and dark wholemeal bread (eg Twents wholemeal).
In a bowl mix mayonnaise with tapenade and 1-2 tbsp lemon juice. Sardines drizzle with paper towels, cut open and openk (do not need to be removed). Sardines sprinkle with some lemon juice and pepper above it. Drain the pepper and cut into strips.
Slices of bread crispy roasting and cover generously with mayonnaise mixture. Spread over 4 slices of lamb's lettuce. Put peppers and sardines on them and make 2 piles of them. Cover with last slices, with mayonnaise side down. Press sandwiches slightly and cut diagonally.
