Directions

  1. Boil the chicken fillet in the broth for about 10 minutes and let the chicken cool for about 30 minutes in the pan. Then pull the chicken apart with 2 forks.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the curry, parsley and shallot. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir the chicken through the curry mayonnaise and serve the salad on bread with a piece of rocket.
